This training course is designed to introduce participants to internet etiquette, also
known as netiquette. Netiquette refers to the accepted guidelines for interacting with
people online, primarily through email and other forms of digital communication. The
aim of this course is to equip participants with an understanding of what constitutes
acceptable behavior on the internet, and how their interactions affect others.
