Project Managers are expected to possess strong leadership skills and an
understanding of both digital technologies and business operations in order to
effectively manage their teams. They must be adept at problem solving,
communication and decision making in order for their projects to be successful.
Additionally, digital project managers must have excellent organizational skills in
order to track progress throughout the duration of a project. Finally, they must
possess the ability to leverage emerging technologies in order to maximize efficiency
while still providing the highest level of quality service.
