Tom sat in the corner of the jail cell, staring blankly out the window at the metal bars
and cold, grey sky. He’d been in there for three months now, since his trial for the
murder of his boss begun. His plans to travel the world and open a small restaurant of
his own had been cut short and now his dream looked so shattered.
